We can produce woven roving fabric range from 60g/m2 to 800g/m2, the width to 1350mm. E and C glass both available. We also produce the electrical printing cloth 1270mm, the detail specification as below. The usage range from plastic reinforcement and electric board.

Properties

The product, good in corrosion resistance, high in intensity, stiff and neat in fabric surface, excellent in electric insulation, is suitable to be sized with various resins.

 

Usage

E-glass fiber fabric (base fabrics of copper-clad laminate and laminated sheets with the thickness from 0.1 to 0.3mm) is suitable to be used as base materials of glass fiber reinforced plastics (GRP) and copper-clad laminate and insulating laminated sheets.

Post¡ªprocessed E-glassfibre fabric features good electric insulation, corrosion resistance and high intensity.

The content of alkali mental oxide is within 0.8%

Size residue of the paraffin emulsion is not more than 0.185

Coupling agent content in KH550/560 processed fabric is not lower than 0.10%

Whiteness of EW140 and EW100 is not less than 80oC.

Whiteness of EW200 is not less than 70 oC.

 

Usage

This product is suitable to be used as the base materials of printed circuit boards and insulating laminate.

Usage

E-glass fiber fabric (thin fabrics with the thickness from 0.025 to 0.09mm) is suitable to be use as the reinforcement materials of mica products, varnished cloth for electric insulation.
